Florence – Chianti - Florence

• Meet Driver and Guide at Hotel;

• Short Transfer to Florence By Bike for bike fitting and routes briefing and then leaving for countryside avoiding city center traffic;

• We take a classic route along the famous Strada in Chianti (Road in Chianti). Explore the Piazza of Impruneta, (the “Città del Cotto”) where the tiles for Florence’s Cathedral were created. Leaving Impruneta on bike we access Strada in Chianti and its rolling hills, passing vineyards and olive groves;

• Stop in Greve in Chianti, to explore the piazza & have lunch at our friend Tina at Caffè Le Logge;

• After lunch continue on bikes or van transfer back to Florence;

• Tour concluded

Day 1: International Arrival, Florence

• Arrive in Florence, Italy;

• Privte transfer to the Hotel;

• Hotel Check-in;

• Overnight Florence.

Day 2: Florence – Radda in Chianti

• 9 A.M Meet at Florence By Bike for bike fitting and routes briefing and then leaving for countryside avoiding city center traffic,

• We take a classic route along the famous Strada in Chianti (Road in Chianti). Explore the Piazza of Impruneta, (the “Città del Cotto”) where the tiles for Florence’s Cathedral were created. Leaving Impruneta on bike we access Strada in Chianti and its rolling hills, passing vineyards and olive groves;

• Brief stop in Greve in Chianti, to explore the piazza & have lunch at our friend Tina at Caffè Le Logge;

• After lunch continue on bikes or van transfer to Radda in Chianti;

• Hotel Check in;

• Overnight Radda in Chianti.

Day 3: Radda in Chianti

• Loop ride of area including town of Gaiole in Chianti, with stop at world famous ceramics manufacturer, Rampini (shipping to your home available), followed by a lunch and visit for wine tasting at Castello Brolio, Enoteca Del Castello Di Brolio;

• Recommended dinner at Al Chiasso dei Portici;

• Overnight Radda in Chianti.

Day 4:Radda in Chianti – Siena

• After breakfast and check out, you leave on bikes from Radda in Chianti and ride to Castellina in Chianti, with time to sightsee, shop and explore this classic Tuscan village, then back on bikes for a ride to Siena;

• Stop for Lunch;

• Hotel Check in;

• Time to explore and enjoy the beautiful Siena;

• Dinner not Included;

• Overnight Siena.

Day 5: Siena – Casole d’Elsa – Siena

• Today a beautiful ride to the medieval town of Casole d’Elsa, with a breathtaking panorama;

• Stop for Lunch;

• Recommended dinner at Guido;

• Overnight Siena.

  Day 6: Siena – Castelnuovo Berardenga – Rapolano Terme - Acqua Borra – Siena

• At breakfast fuel up because we tackle a 40+ mile loop ride with a stop for lunch at Acqua Borra;

• Return to Siena with time to explore this magnificent renaissance town;

• Suggested Dinner at Trattoria Papei;

• Overnight Siena.

Day 7: Siena -Florence

Departure Day

• A.M. check out;

• Optional Private Transfer to airport or train station in Florence available;

• Tour Concluded.
